I can’t say enough amazing things about Joy! She helped my husband and I buy our first house. With a limited budget as young buyers, and a crazy competitive market, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Joy. Joy not only worked very hard to help find us the perfect home (while being very patient with us) she was also a great partner through the escrow process. There are a lot of little nuances to be aware when financing and buying a home and TONS of papers to sign. Se was super knowledgeable and informative every step of the way and walked us through the process in a clear and structured way, which was extremely helpful. I am the type of person that asks a lot of questions and Joy always had great answers and was never impatient with me. Joy is amazing! From the very beginning she was extremely hard working and attentive. From day one she started working to find homes and neighborhoods that might work for us, preparing us for what we were looking at- even though we didn't quite have the budget we needed yet. Most realtors just dismissed us as not having enough money to get a house in LA. After she convinced us to look into new neighborhoods to get a bigger bang for our buck, we ended up finding a place that truly feels like home and couldn't be happier! Also, I have to say, a true testament to Joy's character is how well she held up under the pressure of unexpected trouble in our escrow.
